Combined Demolition and Services (CDS) is an Australian owned and operated business formed in
June 2016 based in Adelaide South Australia, the business was formed with the following core values
and will remain CDS basis for success and development.

The CDS structure is lean, flexibility is highly prized, and our people have core responsibilities, and
additionally are experienced, trained and skilled to perform multiple roles to ensure projects are
completed in a safe and timely cost effective manner.
The CDS key operational team have amongst them over 100 years of experience in demolition and
internal strip-outs, their responsibility is to create the safe systems of work, policies and the
methodology, the Foreman are the driving force of the business who are capable and competent to
direct and supervise the work force to carry out tasks safely and in a timely fashion.
All CDS demolition projects safety is our number one priority and we take our responsibilities
seriously, we ensure compliance with all safe work practices, all projects, equipment, tools and tasks
are risk assessed and a Safe Work Method Statement is written.
CDS is committed to the environment by actively re-using, salvaging or recycling building/construction waste materials to prevent excessive waste at land fill sites.
